I've been working with a few drones with rgb cameras for my famr consulting company and it's been working okay, but it's time for an upgrade. I picked up a dji matrice 300 RTK and I'm looking for lidar kits for it, and I'm looking for some suggestions

I must say... the L1 is a great match for the M300 if you're mapping over fields or tree cover. If your budget allows, the L2 brings sharper detail and better range. Go for the L2 now if you're strapped hahaha.

all the recos here are great, but I just want to tell OP that for a beginner, it's often best to get a complete, integrated LiDAR kit designed specifically for the M300. This includes the sensor, IMU, and camera all in one unit. The DJI Zenmuse L2 is the most common and popular choice for this, offering great integration and a relatively easy workflow
